With over two decades of experience in the hairdressing industry, Lindsay Miller has made her mark as a leading educator and innovator. Her journey began with a strong foundation, working as a Colour Specialist and Educator for Peter Mark, followed by a role as a Technical Consultant for L’Oréal Professional. Drawing from these rich experiences, Lindsay founded Gruaig Education—a personalised in-salon training system, designed to advance the stylist’s skills at every level.
After completing her apprenticeship, she graduated from the L’Oréal Colour Specialist Programme, where she also received advanced training in ‘Train the Trainer’ and Presentation Skills. Her career expanded further when she worked as a barber at The Grafton Barber, and later, as a L’Oréal Technical Consultant.
Lindsay’s passion for the industry and dedication to education drive her mission to make advanced training accessible to everyone.
