Every client is equally important to us, and we strive to provide a welcoming and safe environment for all.
For your safety and to achieve your desired colour result, all new clients require a consultation which includes a skin allergy test. This test, conducted at least 48 hours before your appointment, helps us tailor our services to your specific needs.
If you haven’t visited us for colour services in the past 6 months, a repeat skin allergy test is mandatory, please call into the salon at your convenience, a minimum of 48 hours prior to your desired appointment time.
To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required. We kindly request 72 hours’ notice for any changes, rescheduling, or cancellations. This allows us to offer the time to other clients. Call us at 01 668 4108 to reschedule, and we will be happy to transfer your deposit. Please note that late cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows will result in deposit forfeiture.
Our adjustment policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients. Any adjustments must be requested within two weeks of the original appointment.
This ensures that we address any concerns promptly. Beyond the two-week window, hair will have been exposed to various factors, making it difficult to offer an adjustment that reflects the original service.
If your regrowth is over six weeks, you’ll require a long regrowth application. This application requires more time and additional product to ensure the perfect result.
To accommodate this, an extra charge of €15 will be added to your service.
At Gruaig D4 Hair Studio, we value and appreciate your tim,e and we hope that in turn you value and appreciate ours too.
Therefore, all no-shows will be charged at 100% service charge, and all future bookings will require a 100% deposit to secure your appointment.
